Human Resources Supervisor

TRANSSION Holdings (TECNO, Infinix), an international group, is looking for an HR professional to join a company providing smartphone installment services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle.

• Oversee employee onboarding and adaptation.

• Maintain HR documentation in compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and work with the National Labor System (ЕНСТ).

• Develop HR processes and corporate culture.

​​​​​​​ Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR.

• Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Experience in recruitment and HR administration.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience in IT/fintech is an advantage.
