Responsibilities
- Supervise ELD team and daily tasks
- Train specialists and check work quality
- Review driver logs, ensure HOS/ELD compliance
- Handle escalations and tough calls
- Work with dispatch on driver availability and trip planning
- Hiring new employees
Requirements
- 3+ years ELD experience
- 1+ year team lead/management
- Strong English (IELTS 7.0+)
- Strong communication skills
- Full-time, in-office
- Flexibility to adjust working hours when operational needs arise
Preferred
- 5+ years ELD / 2+ years management
- Trip planning experience
- AI tools knowledge
- Risk management
- Spanish is a plus
