Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships with major local operators' customers;
Organize various market and technical exchanges or seminars with local authorities at all levels;
Communicate fully with pre-sales staff and product lines, helping to collect customer needs and formulating product strategies for targeted customers;
Accurately identify key figures in the customer decision-making process, establish and maintain day-to-day relations, and be responsible for gathering project information and research on customers in all aspects of the bidding process;
Collect, analyze competitive information, and provide feedback;
Responsible for coordinating the signing of contracts and for handling refunds, responsible for organizing and managing the entire sales process of products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above;
Deep understanding of the market and flexible customer communication skills.
Ability to effectively organize resources and carry out systematic public relations with clients.
Basic knowledge of marketing, understanding of tools and methods for market analysis.
Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
Focus on results, interpersonal skills, communication, building relationships, and intercultural understanding.
To have experience of selling products abroad or work in the pre - sales market is preferable..
