Block Infrastructure Superintendent

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Civil Engineering, Industrial and Civil Construction, Utility Infrastructure Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure installation projects.
• Experience in the preparation and management of as-built documentation, work completion certificates, and project handover to the Client.
• Experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and construction crews.
• Knowledge of construction standards, HSE requirements, and construction management practices.
• Experience in planning construction activities and monitoring project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret design, construction, and as-built documentation.
• Knowledge of engineering utilities and pipeline installation technologies.
• Experience in preparing material and equipment requests and controlling their efficient utilization.
• Ability to assess risks and make timely managerial decisions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

• Rotational method of work, schedule 15/13, working hours from 08.00 to 20.00;
