Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms
• Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Telegram etc.
• Create content calendars and plan regular posts
• Write captions, promotional texts, and advertising content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness
• Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
• Research trends, competitors, and target audience behavior
• Promote products, services, special offers, and campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media
• Maintain a consistent brand image and tone of voice across all platforms

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Telegram
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and strong content-creation skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies
• Ability to create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and videos
• Knowledge of paid advertising and social media analytics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Russian and English language skills are an advantage
