Training & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs by analyzing managers’ requests, employee assessment results and the company’s competency model
• Develop the annual training plan and budget and monitor their implementation
• Design soft skills and hard skills training programs for office and production employees
• Develop and run the onboarding program for new employees and organize mentoring
• Organize internal and external trainings, from sourcing and selecting providers and agreeing on programs to logistics and documentation
• Build and develop a pool of internal trainers and subject matter experts
• Take part in introducing Anadolu Group training standards and programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing and assessment of on-the-job application
• Keep training records and prepare analytical reports for management
• Take part in developing individual development plans for employees

Requirements

• Higher education in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Economics or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a large or manufacturing company
• Experience in training needs analysis, annual training planning and training effectiveness evaluation
• Experience in designing onboarding programs
• Training delivery and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset and the ability to prepare analytical reports
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent Russian, Uzbek and English
• Knowledge of Turkish is an advantage
• Experience with LMS platforms is an advantage
