Job Objective

We are looking for Assistant Product Manager to be a part of our Marketing team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What we expect:

• Assistance in monitoring FMCG trends, competitor activity, and portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Prepare regular reports on Innovations performance, market share, and competitor activity.
• Support in the preparation and coordination of VIS materials developed by TCCC Brand Marketing, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain and Legal teams.
• Assistance in consolidating and analyzing customer, consumer, channel, and TCCC plans to identify commercial opportunities and support business objectives.
• Close cooperation with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and TCCC teams to ensure effective execution of planned Portfolio Innovations.
• Coordinate and execute New Product Launch Events.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Up to 1-2 years of experience in commercial excellence, category management, marketing, business analytics, or FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Nielsen, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
