Senior Leasing Consultant & Transformation Expert

Role Objective

Drive the end-to-end operational and financial turnaround of a prominent leasing company. This is a hands-on execution and transformation role, not a traditional advisory project. The Consultant will directly partner with management to analyze the current business model, redesign risk and operational frameworks, and execute practical initiatives that measurably improve profitability, portfolio quality, and digital efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Turnaround & Diagnostics: Evaluate market positioning, financial health, and product offerings to architect a commercially viable business strategy backed by clear KPIs and financial targets.
• Risk Framework Overhaul: Re-engineer credit underwriting, approval matrixes, portfolio monitoring, and early-warning systems while optimizing NPL recovery and risk governance.
• End-to-End Process Automation: Streamline the entire leasing lifecycle—from origination and asset management to collections—leveraging digital solutions to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Financial Optimization: Refine pricing models, cost structures, liquidity management, and funding strategies to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
• IFI Funding & Compliance: Spearhead relationships with International Financial Institutions (IFIs), managing due diligence, structured funding proposals, and investor-readiness frameworks.
• Change Management & Execution: Lead cross-functional teams through the implementation phase, ensuring sustainable adoption of new workflows and corporate cultures.

Required Qualifications

• Industry Tenure: Over 15 years of heavyweight experience in financial services, with a definitive focus on the commercial leasing sector.
• Executive Leadership: At least 5 years serving in C-level roles (CEO, CFO, COO, or CRO) within leading leasing organizations.
• Transformation Track Record: Proven history of leading successful corporate restructuring, digital transformations, and process automation.
• International Financing: Solid experience securing institutional funding and managing complex compliance/reporting for IFIs.
• Regional & Language Expertise: Deep understanding of the CIS financial landscape. Full professional fluency in English is mandatory for high-level reporting and stakeholder alignment.
