Showroom & Project Coordinator

Showroom

• Welcome and advise visitors: developers, architects, designers, private clients.
• Present collections and the showroom display, select solutions for each project.
• Log visitors in Bitrix24: company, project, interest, next step.

Commercial proposals and documents

• Prepare commercial proposals, specifications and cost calculations using company templates.
• Prepare and review contracts with construction companies, supplementary agreements; track signing. Fill out and prepare tender documentation for construction companies

CRM and data

• Be responsible for keeping the department’s projects in Bitrix24 in order: statuses, stages, tasks, deadlines.

Support

• Take meeting minutes and send follow-ups.

Coordination with other departments

• Handle initial client inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in showroom sales, B2B sales or project coordination; experience in finishing materials, furniture, sanitary ware, interiors or construction is a plus.
• Confident use of CRM (Bitrix24 is a big plus), Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint.
• Strong written Russian; Kazakh and English are a plus.
• Ability to present products calmly and persuasively.

• Calm and composed, including with demanding clients.
• Meticulous: catches errors in numbers and wording.
• Responsible, sees tasks through without reminders.
• Comfortable with routine work involving documents and data.

Conditions

• Full-time, in the office and showroom, Almaty.
