Руководитель отдела приёма студентов (Head of Admissions)

• Lead and effectively manage the Admissions Department and its team
• Plan and oversee the entire student admission and enrollment process
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment
• Identify and apply successful student recruitment techniques, lead-generation methods, and conversion strategies
• Build effective communication with prospective students and parents and convert inquiries into applications and enrollments
• Organize recruitment campaigns, Open Days, school visits, educational fairs, presentations, and other promotional activities
• Set admission targets, monitor results, and ensure targets and deadlines are achieved
• Analyze recruitment results and continuously improve student attraction strategies
• Prepare regular reports and updates for University management
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Academic, and other University departments

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Relevant experience in student admissions and recruitment is required
• Strong understanding of the student recruitment market and effective methods of attracting prospective students
• Proven ability to generate leads and successfully convert prospective students into enrolled students
• Previous experience in managing a team and organizing admissions processes
• Fluent English and Russian; knowledge of Uzbek is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
• Confident, professional, and capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner organizations

• Official employment at Amity University Tashkent
• Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
