We Are Hiring | Business Systems Analyst

UET Construction is an EPC construction company operating in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team and help improve the way our departments work through business systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing business processes and find ways to improve them.

• Communicate with different departments to understand their needs.

• Collect and prepare requirements for new systems and improvements.

• Work with ERP systems such as Odoo, 1C, or similar platforms.

• Help automate procurement, warehouse, finance, and approval processes.

• Work with developers and external IT companies to implement new solutions.

• Test new system features and make sure they work correctly.

• Prepare system documentation and help employees use new tools.

• Support the development of internal business systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in business or systems analysis.

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or 1C.

• Understanding of business processes and how different departments work.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, REST API, and system integrations is an advantage.

• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in construction or engineering companies is an advantage.
