StudyON — A Growing Network of English Language Schools

We are looking for a strong, results-driven academic leader who can hire, train, and develop high-performing English teachers across our network.

This role combines academic expertise, leadership, and sales-oriented thinking. Your main goal is to build a team of teachers who deliver engaging lessons, inspire students, and successfully convert trial lessons into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teacher Recruitment: Conduct interviews, demo lessons, and select high-potential teachers.

• Training & Onboarding: Train new teachers in the StudyON methodology and prepare them to deliver successful lessons.

• Trial Lesson Conversion: Coach teachers to engage students, demonstrate the value of our courses, and improve trial-to-enrollment conversion rates.

• Teaching Quality: Conduct lesson observations, provide feedback, and ensure consistent teaching standards.

• Performance Management: Monitor teachers' KPIs, identify underperformers, and implement improvement plans.

• Teacher Development: Organize regular training sessions and individual coaching.

• Network Support: Work closely with franchise partners and branch directors to improve teacher performance across all locations.

Requirements:

• Experience in English teaching and academic management.

• Proven experience in teacher recruitment, training, and development.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

• Sales mindset: Understanding of conversion rates, customer experience, and how trial lessons influence enrollment decisions.

• Ability to motivate teachers to achieve measurable results.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• English proficiency: C1+.

• CELTA / DELTA certification is an advantage.
