We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Materials and Finished Goods) to be a part of our Supply Chain team located at our Bereke Plant in Almaty.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across both Finished Goods and Raw & Packaging Materials Warehouses. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

The successful candidate will manage warehouse supervisors and warehouse teams while driving operational excellence, safety, productivity, and service performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse operations for finished goods, raw materials, promotional materials, and trade equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, GMP standards, FSMS requirements, and warehouse best practices.
• Drive inventory accuracy and maintain full accountability for warehouse assets and stock integrity.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation processes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports for management and head office.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams and supervisors to achieve operational targets.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Manage warehouse optimization and capacity expansion projects, including coordination with external warehouse providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire protection, and industrial sanitation requirements.
• Support customs clearance and imported goods receiving processes, including investigation of shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Oversee warehouse documentation, inventory controls, reporting, and annual stock-taking activities.
• Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including experience in a leadership role.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Technical Knowledge

• Warehouse management principles and best practices.
• Receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control processes.
• Personnel management in a warehouse environment.
• FEFO and FIFO inventory management systems.
• Procedures for warehouse accounting and reporting.
• Inventory counting and reconciliation processes.
• Storage requirements for chemicals and flammable materials.
• Occupational health, safety, and fire protection regulations.
• Documentation management and record-keeping practices.
• GMP and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

Systems & Tools

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with SAP and BASIS.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems is preferred.
