Technical Training Developer (DevOps)

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical courses and materials to support products launches. Ensure learning content is current, accurate, consistent and aligned with business (marketing) strategy
• Gain deep knowledge in product both technical and business through extensive hands-on experience, become a subject matter expert
• Deliver technical training to internal staff and trainer community. Train and certify external trainers from authorized training centers. About 5-10% of time
• Participate in pre- and post- sales activities to collect input from the field and share technical knowledge with presales team
• Utilize a variety of on-demand learning technologies to create best education solutions, which are scalable and easy to consume by all target audiences globally

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• 3+ years in software industry / 1+ years in security industry
• Training development, presales engineering, trainer, system/DevOps engineer roles in the past might fit
• Expertise knowledge in IT/security and broad knowledge of IT: virtualization, servers, networks, containers. Up to date knowledge on security threats, trends and market
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Up to date knowledge of security threats, trends and market
• Passion for learning how things really work
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skill is critical
• Readiness for business trips including abroad (up to 15% of time)
• Excellent speaker (including in English) and writer
