Who We Are Looking For

We require an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join Finance team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Enhance cash operations by managing daily activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and funding requirements, to ensure optimal cash availability and efficient financial operations.
• Facilitate smooth payment processing by promptly addressing bank compliance requests, establishing the company as a reliable and professional client in the eyes of financial institutions, thereby reducing unnecessary inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance and best practices by implementing and maintaining treasury policies, procedures, and controls that meet regulatory requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Strengthen banking relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure access to necessary services and reduce associated costs.
• Optimize cash flow and investment returns by developing and executing effective treasury strategies.
• Minimize financial risks by assessing and implementing proactive hedging strategies and risk management techniques.
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring financial markets and economic trends, enabling the organization to take informed actions that enhance treasury activities.

• Enhance the treasury function by:

  • fostering proactive communication with counterparties and internal teams such as Business Development, Product, FP&A, and Legal, to increase efficiency and build trust in the treasury operations,
  • driving automation of treasury operations and processes,
  • developing and implementing automated internal controls.

Your KPIs Will be:

Operational Efficiency and Stability

• Ensure 100% payment delivery with a minimum of 90% payment automation (straight-through processing) while ensuring sufficient liquidity and avoid payment delays or cash flow gaps.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure Full Compliance: Maintain 100% adherence to the internal Compliance Guide for all incoming and outgoing payments, as well as KYC data updates.

Banking Infrastructure

• Diversified Banking Relationships: Maintain fully operational accounts with at least two top-tier banks (Top 20) for each operating entity within the group.

Asset Management

• Optimize Cash Investment Returns: Achieve a target annualized return on cash investments, with at least FRS rate minus 30% allocated to readily available funds.
