HR Business Partner (5+ years of experience)

Format: Remote, business trips to Dubai

🌌 EVEDEX is a hybrid crypto exchange combining CeFi and DeFi, building a new financial infrastructure from the ground up. We’re looking for a strategic HRBP to help scale and structure the organisation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead strategic HR planning across departments aligned with company OKRs
• Evaluate team performance, structure, and scaling needs
• Guide leadership on organizational development and role design
• Implement systems for performance reviews, feedback loops, and retention
• Supervise and support HR team operations (onboarding, offboarding, policy)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in senior HR roles (HRD / HRBP)
• Experience managing teams of 50–100+ people
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
• Deep understanding of scaling fast-growing tech teams
• Fluent English, startup mindset
