Recruiting Lead (Web3)

Format: Remote, business trips to Dubai

🌌 EVEDEX is building a global Web3 trading infrastructure — and we’re scaling. We’re looking for a Recruiting Lead with strong Web3 hiring experience and the ability to structure and lead a recruiting function.

What you’ll do:

• Lead all recruitment efforts across departments, from tech to marketing to C-level
• Optimise and track the hiring funnel and candidate journey
• Manage and mentor internal recruiters (including a technical recruiter)
• Work closely with HRBP and leadership to forecast hiring needs
• Maintain high-close rate and talent quality across regions

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in recruiting, including C-level and Web3/crypto
• Experience managing recruiters and reporting systems
• Deep understanding of hiring in global remote teams
• Familiarity with tools like Lever, Ashby, Notion, or similar
• Fluent English, strong communication & stakeholder skills
