We’re building a smart platform that combines:

• An AI-powered freelance marketplace — so businesses can easily find top-tier talent
• A global wallet — so freelancers get paid from anywhere and businesses can pay contractors in any currency, seamlessly
• We’re removing friction between businesses and freelancers — no more bureaucracy, no borders, no payment barriers.

🚀 We’re launching this summer in the MENA region, starting with the UAE. With solid funding, a strong product team, and a clear go-to-market strategy, we’re now looking for the voice of Selfwork — a creative, structured, and proactive Content + SMM Manager who will help us share our story across platforms and build an engaging social presence.

What you’ll do:

• Co-create our content strategy with the CMO
• Write and launch content: social posts, articles, landing pages, scripts for videos
• Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Work closely with a designer, copywriter, videomaker, CMO, and CPO
• Stay on top of trends and spot timely topics to engage our audience
• Suggest and test content hypotheses — what, where, and how we publish
• Track and analyze performance: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion — to understand what truly works

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent English (C1+): you should write, edit, and communicate confidently
• Experience in building and executing content strategies for digital / tech / product teams
• Solid SMM experience — from planning to performance analysis
• A marketing mindset: we value thinkers, not just doers
• Data awareness: you should understand metrics and draw conclusions
• Startup or fast-growing product experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable switching between B2B and B2C narratives
