What you'll do

• Oversee data annotation projects using crowdsourcing platforms.
• Create comprehensive and easy-to-follow annotation guidelines and documentation.
• Train annotators to maintain consistency and high standards of data quality.
• Conduct quality control and assurance on annotated datasets.
• Work closely with internal teams to clarify annotation needs and expectations.
• Use basic Python scripts to prepare data, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline annotation processes.
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and resource distribution.

Who we look for

• Proven experience managing data annotation processes.
• Hands-on experience with crowdsourcing platforms.
• Strong ability to produce clear instructions and training resources for annotators.
• Basic proficiency in Python (ability to write simple scripts for data handling and preparation).
• Expertise in data quality control and data quality assurance.
• Fluency in English & Russian.
