With automated services and an intuitive interface, we simplify the process of running full nodes, masternodes, and validators across 77 Proof-of-Stake blockchain protocols, hosting tens of thousands of nodes globally.

In addition, we contribute to the blockchain ecosystem by offering complimentary tools and RPC endpoints for over 100 blockchain protocols via publicnode.com, enabling users and developers to engage with their preferred blockchain networks and build innovative solutions!

We are seeking a strong Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in cryptocurrency and Masternodes. The ideal candidate will manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. As a key player on our team, you will work autonomously, troubleshoot complex issues, and make critical decisions without micromanagement.



 

Responsibilities:

Maintain the smooth operation and fault tolerance of IT infrastructure.

Ensure information security across all systems and services.

Administer physical and virtual servers (DigitalOcean, AWS).

Manage a private network using tools like OpenVPN, IPSec, and WireGuard.

Deploy and manage Docker containers for applications.

Monitor and backup network and server status with tools like Zabbix.

Automate server deployment using Ansible and manage user access (proxy, SSH tunneling).

Defend against DDoS attacks, manage traffic (iptables + ipset), and configure firewalls.

Administer and configure Juniper equipment, firewalls, and networking (BGP, Junos firewall).

Manage clusters (etcd, k8s, ClickHouse, Zookeeper).

Write scripts and identify vulnerabilities in projects (PHP, Python, Bash/AWK).

Requirements:

Must have experience in cryptocurrency and working with Masternodes.

Proficient in Docker& Kubernetes.

Strong experience with Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu).

Experience with automation tools like Ansible.

Proficient in monitoring and load-balancing systems (Zabbix, Grafana).

Familiarity with Juniper equipment (firewalls, switches).

Experience with networking technologies (BGP, VPN, etc.).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PHP).

Familiarity with key business software like Jira, Confluence, Git (CI/CD).

Preferred qualifications:

Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency is preferred due to team communication, however, not required.

Experience working in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Familiarity with Slack for communication and collaboration.

Working hours:

Flexible work hours.

Remote team spanning from Los Angeles to London to Dubai, with minimal calls and Slack-based communication & decision-making.

The team consists of 6-10 members with a strong sense of commitment—many have been with us for over 10 years.
