We offer a 6-month contract. If we have a match, we will be happy to invite you to join our team on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Focus primarily on filling our company’s internal IT vacanciesas a top priority
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate and streamline the hiring process across departments
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies with project and team needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills;
• English and Russian Languages is a must;
• IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting experience;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and remotely;
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably: Huntflow, hh.ru ;
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
