Business Analyst (Software Development)

📍 Location: EU or Middle East (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and analyze client requirements at early project stages;
- Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather software requirements;
- Formulate detailed specifications based on collected input;
- Analyze market trends and competitors to enhance the company's position in proposals;
- Provide analytical oversight for project execution;
- Act as a business analyst in internal product development projects;
- Participate in R&D initiatives focused on integrating generative AI tools into software development processes.

Requirements:
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects;
- Participation in 5+ full-cycle projects (from presale to go-live);
- Strong understanding of requirements gathering methodologies (BABOK, User Story Mapping);
- Proficiency in UML/BPMN notations and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma/Miro);
- English: Fluent.

Optional, but desirable:
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and architectural patterns;
- Foundational skills in Machine Learning and data analysis (Python, SQL);
- Ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc., to accelerate the creation of project artifacts such as SRS, user flows, interface prototypes, process diagrams, and SQL queries.
