Business Assistant / Bizdev in Portugal

We are starting several businesses from scratch in Portugal, and we need someone who is not afraid to take and do things. Without unnecessary theory, without waiting for a specification. If you're motivated and know how to negotiate and sell, you're on the right track :)

What to do:

• To test business hypotheses in practice
• Travel to places, negotiate, sell, launch pilots
• To oversee the processes at the start — from the idea to the first sales
• Assist owners in operational and business tasks
• Hire people if the idea works.

What is important:

• Portuguese is required (you will communicate a lot locally)
• English or Russian — preferably
• Having your own car will be a plus :)
• Charisma, proactivity, healthy arrogance and the ability to convince
• Experience in sales, negotiations, or starting something from scratch is a big plus.

What we offer:

• Up to 3,000 euros per month fixed +% (in case of successful project)
