Senior Training Department Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Training Department Specialist whose primary objective will be to enhance the effectiveness of training programs, including through transitioning them to an online format within the LMS.

• Evaluate existing training programs and materials to identify gaps, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Refine learning strategies to improve training effectiveness and knowledge retention
• Develop training tools, software guides, process manuals, and other instructional resources
• Design structured training programs tailored to specific roles, departments, and business functions with focus on product training
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and collaboration with department managers
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base for training materials and documentation
• Deliver engaging training sessions for employees, both in-person and online, using interactive, hands-on approaches
