Finance & Accounting Specialist (​​Lithuania / Estonia)

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to help us set up and optimize our financial processes in compliance with the legislation of Lithuania and Estonia.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records for two legal entities in Lithuania and Estonia
• Oversee taxation, submission of primary reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit financial and accounting reports, including VAT reports, payroll calculations, and related contributions, annual reports, reports to the Central Bank, etc
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
• Establish and maintain reporting for internal and external audits
• Advise the team on financial and tax matters related to operations in Lithuania and Estonia
• Understand the specifics of cryptocurrency transactions and interaction with banks and payment systems
• Prepare management reporting on financial performance (P&L, Cash Flow)
