Client Service Lead

We’re looking for a Client Service Team Lead to join AiDigital and drive impact across our portfolio of fast-growing brands. If you're a digital advertising pro with a passion for building strong client relationships and developing high-performing teams — we’d love to meet you.

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and a planner, fostering a collaborative, client-first culture.
• Oversee strategic planning and execution for key accounts, delivering outstanding service and tangible business results.
• Serve as the main point of contact for top-tier clients — you’ll be both a trusted advisor and a hands-on problem solver.
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, MPO, Strategy, and Planning to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and translate insights into action.
• Champion clear, proactive communication across clients and internal teams.
