We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to grow and strengthen Y’s presence across key social platforms. As the brand’s voice, you’ll be instrumental in driving engagement, creating compelling content, and fostering a loyal online community aligned with our vision.

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement.
• Manage a content calendar that aligns with Y’s brand identity and strategic objectives.
• Engage with our audience to build trust and loyalty through thoughtful and consistent interactions.
• Oversee the production of engaging, on-brand content, including graphics, copy, and multimedia, working closely with the Design team to ensure relevance to the Web3 and crypto audience.
• Track key social media metrics, analyze engagement trends, and refine strategies to optimize results.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the team, suggesting improvements to achieve goals and enhance ROI.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto space and build partnerships with like-minded brands to expand our reach organically.
• Stay current on social media trends, crypto market dynamics, and emerging platforms, regularly presenting fresh ideas to keep Y’s social presence innovative and relevant.
