Head of Product

As our Head of Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our product vision and strategy, driving the evolution of our digital identity ecosystem, and guiding cross-functional teams toward a seamless, secure, and user-centered product suite. You will work closely with our engineering teams, and other stakeholders to turn our vision of decentralized identity and financial empowerment into an impactful, easy-to-use reality.

• Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and drive the overarching product strategy for Y Passport, Y Super-app, and Telegram App, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to revolutionize digital identity and DeFi accessibility.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to integrate secure, decentralized identity features, token incentives, and a robust rewards system that fosters user engagement.

• Product Development and Execution

  • Lead product managers in designing and executing features such as decentralized identifiers (DID) management, identity verification via integration with social media platforms, point and referral systems, and advanced DeFi functionalities.
  • Ensure that each product iteration prioritizes user privacy and security, leveraging cryptographic protocols and secure infrastructure.
  • Oversee the development of user-centric features for managing digital assets, conducting transactions, and interacting with DeFi protocols directly from our apps.

• Community Building and Engagement

  • Guide the strategy for our Telegram app to foster an active community where users can engage in token farming, participate in micro-learning activities, and become brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational and reward-driven content that drives community participation and retention.

• Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver secure, accessible, and compliant products.
  • Lead efforts to gather and analyze user feedback, industry trends, and market needs, ensuring product development remains adaptable and forward-looking.

• Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Define key metrics and track performance across all products to ensure adoption, engagement, and satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Drive iterative improvement based on data-driven insights, focusing on enhancing the user experience and maximizing security and privacy.
