Backend Developer (Node + React)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to contribute to the development of this innovative digital identity product, driving user adoption and helping shape the future of digital identity.

• Full-stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and frontend interfaces using Node.js, React, and related technologies.
• High-Load Systems: Build scalable backend systems that handle millions of users. Design with performance, security, and reliability in mind.
• API Development: Build and maintain APIs for internal and external use. Integrate third-party services and external APIs where needed.
• Databases, Queues, and Caching: Optimize database structures (SQL/noSQL), work with message queues (RabbitMQ), and implement caching solutions (Redis) to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the user interface is both visually appealing and highly functional, with smooth transitions and a seamless user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend and apps (mobile/web) engineers, CTO, product managers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
• Decision-Making & Systems Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of technical challenges, evaluate multiple solutions, and make sound decisions that balance system performance, scalability, and development time.
