Participate in building and improving collaboration processes with partner companies;
Coordinate and enhance operational workflows;
Analyze business processes and prepare suggestions or changes when necessary;
Document business procedures and ensure compliance;
Operate effectively in various systems (CRM, ERP, DO IT, etc.);
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners;
Develop and regularly update onboarding plans and procedures;
Organize and deliver initial training for partners on systems, platforms, and operational processes;
Verify and manage required documents and contracts during onboarding;
Ensure accurate setup of new partners in internal systems (CRM, ERP, order/delivery platforms, etc.);
Collect feedback on the onboarding experience and analyze it to improve processes;
Closely collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, IT, Operations, etc.);
Monitor the initial performance of newly onboarded partners and provide support when needed.
