Onsite IT Support Engineer

• Respond to the user software or hardware queries via tickets, emails, or phone calls.
• Visit customers’ sites to perform on-site services and troubleshoot incidents.
• Provide consultations for IT software and hardware, assemblies, and connections of the customer.
• Solve issues related to Windows 10, 11, Office 365, basic active directory administration, new user setups (User Accounts, Mailboxes), network.
• Provide first-level technical support (e-mail, phone calls).
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide problem analysis and software testing.
• Identify the issue, guide the user through the required steps to resolve it or escalate to the relevant team as and when necessary.
• Update the ticketing system, ensuring the call has been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly and accurately.
• Build and sustain a relationship as the primary technical contact for partners and customers.
• Cooperate with technical, sales teams on a daily basis.
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding across the various software and hardware technologies supported by the team.
• Deliver the highest level of satisfaction with the services offered by the company.
• Deliver implementations, upgrades, and configurations of products.
