Marketing Operations Manager

Plan and coordinate company presence at industry events, conferences, and offsites in collaboration with the Growth team
Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and branding for external Growth events

Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, decks, and other presentations assigned by different teams
Work with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver creative assets

Lead company-wide merchandise initiatives — from ideation to production to distribution
Curate and coordinate thoughtful, on-brand client gifts for key moments and milestones
Manage inventory, budgets, shipping, and personalization logistics

Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns aligned with key business goals
Work with designers and developers to develop and distribute internal and external newsletters (HubSpot)
Maintain email lists and performance analytics
Support cross-functional marketing requests from Growth, Strategy, People & Culture (HR), and Leadership
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
