AQA Engineer (Big Data)

We are a B2C financial services company with 15 years of presence in international markets.

We’re building an internal AI startup within RoboMarkets — a small, focused team (Product, ML, Python) working on real-time AI-driven decision-making: fraud detection, customer lifecycle strategies, and a business insights search engine. Our goal is to enhance our financial services with cutting-edge technology.

So far, we’ve deployed payment fraud detection to production.

Next up: trading fraud detection, churn prediction, and smart scoring.

We’re working with tons of data, high load (~10k RPS), and a complex, evolving architecture.

We are looking for a professional who will take ownership of Quality Assurance in our products. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone to take the lead in QA from day one:

• Set up test automation (Python-based).
• Validate data with real SQL — not just "SELECT * FROM".
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

In short: help us build QA as a first-class discipline — not as an afterthought.
