HRBP / HR business partner

In the HRBP role you will work with our employees, handle adaptation, manage all performance reviews, oversee  learning and development activities, participate in compensation matters, and take part in candidate interviews for open positions.

• Partner with managers and employees to enhance engagement, retention, and performance
• Resolve conflicts and guide employee relations
• Lead and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, career advancement, transfers, exit interviews);
• Administer compensation and benefits packages for employees;
• Maintain employee records and handle administrative tasks;
• Assist talent acquisition managers with internal interviews if needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR department, specifically in personnel management.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably HiBob).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Language skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with English at a B2 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation.
