E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented E-Commerce Manager to lead the next phase of digital transformation. The role requires a commercially driven professional to take our established e-commerce function to the next level — developing omnichannel strategies, scaling digital operations, and driving business performance.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams across logistics, marketing, and retail, and be responsible for shaping a long-term e-commerce vision aligned with our multi-brand luxury portfolio.

• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for e-commerce growth
• Optimize the performance of current e-commerce platforms (primarily Shopify)
• Lead omnichannel integration between retail, wholesale, and online operations
• Oversee user experience (UX), site performance, and customer journey improvements
• Drive cross-border commerce capabilities and explore new markets
• Monitor KPIs and create actionable insight reports for leadership
• Coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth backend operations
• Stay ahead of digital commerce trends and implement innovation strategies
