Team Success Manager (Scrum Master / Agile Coach)

As Team Success Manager, you will lead the success framework across product and engineering teams within the Digital Hub in Malaga. They will ensure agile delivery, oversee onboarding and team development, collect and deliver performance feedback to clients, and serve as a key liaison between FJX Tech and client leadership. Acting as both Scrum Master and Agile Coach, you drive team performance, engagement, and transparency with stakeholders.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-up, planning, retros, reviews
• Guide teams through forming → norming → performing stages
• Monitor & improve metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown)
• Align with client expectations on OKRs delivery and improvements
• Maintain employee engagement tracking, surveys, and action items
• Provide quarterly client feedback
• Document processes & best practices in Notion
• Mentor new hires and initiate learning cohorts
• Support learning & development with workshop scheduling and tracking
