CTO - AI & Automation Enablement

We're looking for a CTO – AI & Automation Enablement with strong technical breadth and a product mindset to drive automation, AI-powered tooling, and developer experience improvements across a growing engineering organization. This is not a pure DevOps or Delivery Manager role — the ideal candidate has deep technical experience in platform architecture, AI integrations, and low-code tooling, and knows how to structure processes that scale while enabling autonomy in product teams.

Platform & System Architecture

• Own the design and scalability of the internal platform across engineering teams.
• Integrate and optimize APIs and webhooks (e.g., Yandex, TakeApp, WhatsApp).
• Support CDP selection, integration, and architecture improvement for data pipelines.

Developer Experience & Enablement

• Champion best practices in Git strategy, CI/CD tooling, and automation pipelines.
• Evaluate, introduce, and scale AI-powered development tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot).
• Lead technical enablement efforts and coach teams on tool adoption and self-service platforms.

AI & Automation

• Design and deploy AI automation solutions for support (AI agents), marketing, and ops.
• Connect workflows with low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Cursor) to reduce repetitive load.

Data & Analytics Infrastructure

• Scale the data warehouse (BigQuery) to support analytics needs across teams.
• Consolidate new data sources (e.g., TakeApp, Yandex) with efficient data modeling.

QA, Testing & Troubleshooting

• Lead efforts in load, stress, and performance testing for scaling systems.
• Establish troubleshooting processes, incident support frameworks, and RCA documentation.

Estimation & Process Ownership

• Estimate infrastructure needs, project delivery scope, and team capacity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting, scoping, and infrastructure planning.

• Contribute to engineering team structure, hiring priorities, and technical leadership best practices.
