Represent the voice of the customer before, during, and after product launches—ensuring market needs and feedback directly influence messaging and development
Define and evolve the positioning and messaging for the Elevate platform across different audiences, including agencies, brands, and internal stakeholders
Own the positioning and messaging of new products and features, aligning them with market trends, client pain points, and competitive differentiation
Translate technical features into compelling value propositions and user stories
Work closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure tight feedback loops, shared insights, and aligned roadmaps
Drive product adoption and advocacy by equipping teams with high-impact enablement tools (one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, etc.)
Collaborate with Client Service and Growth (Sales) teams to document and shape real-world user cases that prove product-market fit and performance impact
Help build and maintain high-impact enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQ docs, battle cards, public knowledge base, and solution overviews
Stay close to client feedback, competitor moves, and market dynamics to inform positioning and future roadmap directions
Support broader marketing and thought leadership initiatives by turning product insights into content, workshops, and strategic campaigns
