People Partner

We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to become part of our collaborative and supportive HR team. We work in a remote-first environment and value empathy, clarity, and thoughtful processes.

In this role, you’ll partner with managers and teams, support people operations, and help build a strong, healthy work culture. If you care about people, enjoy solving problems, and see HR as a strategic function – this could be a great fit.

• Act as the main HR contact for specific teams: support managers, provide advice on HR-related matters, and ensure team alignment with company culture and goals
• Support employee relations: help resolve workplace issues and contribute to maintaining a positive and healthy team environment
• Lead onboarding and offboarding: ensure smooth integration of new hires and well-structured transitions for leavers
• Advise on HR policies, benefits, and employment-related questions
• Facilitate internal transfers and support career development across teams
• Lead change initiatives: ensure alignment and clear communication within teams during organizational changes
• Track and report on key HR metrics to support informed business decisions
• Support HR projects: contribute to initiatives that improve employee experience, engagement, and HR processes
• Plan and organize company events: coordinate team activities, celebrations, and company-wide events in a remote-first setup
• Handle internal communications: compile and share company updates via a monthly employee digest and other internal communication channels
• Temporary Office & Travel Coordinator (for 3 months): coordinate up to 5 business trips per month (via agency), order equipment for new hires, and assist with coworking space visits under corporate agreements.
