As Head of Demand & Supply Solutions, you will lead a team responsible for managing platforms, publishers, and internal operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution — driving process improvements, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across both demand and supply workflows.

• Lead and manage the Solutions team, overseeing daily operations and long-term team development.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workflows and processes across both demand (platform/vendor management, campaign troubleshooting) and supply (publisher management). 
• Ensure operational excellence across ticket resolution, campaign support, platform onboarding, and vendor negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with planning, analytics, and technical teams to maintain seamless cross-functional workflows.
• Own and drive process improvements, emphasizing efficiency through structured documentation and continuous feedback loops.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance check-ins and development conversations.
• Represent the team in strategic discussions with leadership and external partners.
