User Acquisition Manager

💻Expected daily tasks:

• Managing campaigns on social networks (Meta*, Google, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, TikTok) and other platforms;
• Designing, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase ROAS;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with account managers and partners;
• Collaborating with internal teams: marketing, motion design and HTML5 specialists;
• Analyzing campaign performance and ensuring KPIs are met, focusing on quality and quantity of the user base;
• Exploring and testing new tools, channels, and strategies to drive growth.

✨ Qualifications

• Proven experience in User Acquisition (3+ years preferred);
• Strong track record of working with social/video platforms and achieving measurable results;
• Expertise in crafting and executing data-driven UA strategies;
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);
• Understanding of advertising monetization in gaming;
• Experience in conducting tests and working with hypotheses;
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digging into user behavior and trends;
• English B1 or higher;

• Experience in web2app and incent traffic;
• Experience in mobile gaming user acquisition;
