Axiom Pro is a trusted US-based recruitment and outstaffing company. We are hiring an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a long-term client project in the restaurant tech domain. The client is building an advanced POS system with features like order tracking, kitchen routing, payments, and table management.

About the Role:

You will gather and document business requirements, create user flows, and support the dev team with clear specifications throughout the POS system development process.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements

– Translate business needs into technical specs and user stories

– Create and maintain user flows, process maps, and documentation

– Support developers during implementation with ongoing clarification

Required Qualifications:

– 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst

– Experience with POS, e-commerce, or transactional systems is a plus

– Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration, and APIs

– Familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a bonus

– Excellent English (written and spoken)

What We Offer:
