🎯Responsibilities:

◾️Identify and manage the backlog

◾️Work in three directions: Manage analysts, coordinate with developers, product management of the game publisher

◾️Support game accelerator teams

◾️Iterate on development

◾️Understand business goals and communicate them to stakeholders

◾️Work closely with clients to clarify scope and ensure appropriate prioritization.

✅Requirements:

◾️More than 5 years of experience as a technical manager in Gamedev

◾️Experience working in distributed teams

◾️Proven experience in product development management

◾️Strong communication skills

◾️Ability to work in a startup spirit

◾️Strong problem-solving skills

◾️Passion for games

◾️English C1/ conversational

Practical experience in the gaming industry
