Technical Lead

• Develop and implement relevant technical solutions together with the development team to achieve business goals.
• Support stream teams in removing technical obstacles.
• Translate the company’s technical strategy into the assigned stream and ensure actions align with the strategy.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and technical standards within the stream (technical metrics, releases, quality, testing, documentation, servers, etc.).
• Develop and assess competencies within the stream.
• Participate in HR processes: recruitment, onboarding and adaptation, training, and developer growth.
