International Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in various countries.

What you will do:

• Use a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.

• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities.

• Continuously seek new sourcing strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

What we expect:

• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn; experience with international job boards is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

• Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary.
