Senior Media Optimization Manager (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Advertising Specialist to lead and optimize complex, multi-platform ad campaigns, mentor junior team members, and drive data-driven strategies that deliver exceptional results.

• Execute intricate and complex audio, display, and video ad campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including but not limited to Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and others.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns with precision, employing robust analytics tools, and employing advanced data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and maximize results.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad serving and campaign performance
• Prepare detailed reports encompassing comprehensive campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with junior managers, leveraging your expertise and skill set to provide invaluable support in meeting their responsibilities, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative team environment that drives overall success.
• Providing guidance, support, and training to junior team members to enhance their understanding of programmatic advertising strategies, tools, and platforms to develop their skills and improve their campaign execution capabilities.
