Accountant/Financial Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, remote Financial Assistant for our Director to help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations and compliance with internal and external standards. The financial assistant will use spreadsheets, research, and automation tools to set competitive pricing, analyze data for accurate reporting, and monitor profitability.
 

Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain competitive pricing for the Company’s multiple products and projects using internal and external sources and conditions.
• Work with data for internal and external financial reporting; manage and analyze data using spreadsheets.
• Conduct financial monitoring and assess profitability
• Create cost analysis reports for other departments
• Financial control - checking bills and other expenses

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Great knowledge of spreadsheets and spreadsheeе functions
• Incredible attention to detail to catch errors
• General knowledge of accounting practices
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• English: Business+, Russian - native
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial assistance or analysis
• Experience with benchmarking or competitor research
• Familiarity with SaaS or telecom sector
• Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Excel Copilot, ChatGPT)
