Project Manager

Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. We are building a fully automated platform capable of meeting the various requirements of our customers.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of development-driven projects. These include new product launches, infrastructure automation initiatives, and service delivery improvements — all of which require close collaboration with our development and R&D teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, effective communication across departments, and efficient change management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to effectively drive projects within a development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Project initiation and execution: participate in the launch of new products and infrastructure projects, oversee the projects from inception to completion, act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
• Work closely with software developers, R&D engineers, and other teams to define project requirements, ensure technical alignment and delivery.
• Gather and relay project requirements, updates, and feedback effectively to all relevant teams.
• Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, considering inputs from all teams involved.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Implement and manage change control processes, collaborating closely with the development and R&D teams and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on project statuses in Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within an IT setting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools like Confluence.
