Project manager non-IT (Cyprus office)

OpiniQ Ltd, a leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across diverse business sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incorporation Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Leading the entire process for new and existing projects
• Collaboration closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Providing guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in businnes administration
  Project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency Russian and upper-intermediate or higher English is a must.
