Senior ML Engineer

Leading enterprise integration and automation platform that helps businesses connect applications, automate workflows, and improve productivity with AI-driven tools. The project involves developing an AI-powered chatbot extension, enabling users to interact with the platform through conversational interfaces to simplify task execution and enhance the overall experience. 

We’re looking for a Senior ML Engineer to accelerate, optimize, and improve the quality of ML models, integrating them into a microservice-based production environment.

What you'll do:

• Fine-tune, optimize, and accelerate ML models (including distillation and quality improvements)
• Evaluate chatbot and ML solution quality using comprehensive metrics
• Integrate models into microservice-based production environments
• Analyze logs, extract insights, implement NER, and structure semi-structured data
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (TTFT, throughput, latency)

We're looking for:

• 7+ years in production development, 1–2 in ML projects
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain / LangGraph / Pydantic AI
• Experience with FastAPI, asyncio, ML evaluation frameworks, and tracing
• Product-oriented mindset and understanding of business workflows
• Fluent English (Russian is a plus)

💡 Nice to have: experience with chat-based AI products, transformer architectures, LLaMA / Qwen / DeepSeek / Claude, and open-source contributions
